FeesI accept payment at the time of the session in cash, check or credit card. Most insurance plans will cover the majority of the costs of psychotherapy. At the time of the session, I will give you a completed claim form to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement is usually within three weeks. My fees are as follows:
Discount policies: I offer a discounted rate for eligible self-pay clients. If you are in psychotherapy with me, I accept my full fee for five sessions and the sixth session is at no charge. This enables me to receive my full fee from those who just want to try things out, but give a break to those who want to establish a working relationship with me. It also allows me to do pro bono work which is important to me as a psychologist. Please discuss this option with me to determine if you are eligible. This option is not available for those seeking relationship counseling. If we are doing wellness coaching, you can take a 10% discount if you purchase a block of 4 sessions. You can take up to 8 weeks to use these sessions. Payment: Payment is by check, cash or credit card if we are meeting in my office. If our session is on the phone or by Skype, you can send a check prior to the session or go to Paypal and pay by cash or credit card. To use Paypal, you need to have an account with them. Click on "send money" and then click on the "personal" tab. Otherwise I will be charged a fee. |
